<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em><strong>Recetas de</strong> <strong>Cocina</strong>: <strong>Sopa de Marisco</strong>.</em></strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Dificultad: Media.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Ingredientes:</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1/4 k. de almejas, 1/4 k. de gambas, 4 langostinos, 3 andaricas, 1/2 k. de mejillones, 4 cigalas, 1 cebolla, 1 tomate, 2 dientes de ajo, aceite de oliva, sal, perejil, 2 rebanadas de pan.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Elaboración:</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">En primer lugar  se cuece con un poco de sal las gambas, las almejas, los langostinos, las andaricas, las cigalas y los mejillones, perejil y se deja hervir unos 5 minutos aproximadamente. El marisco ha de estar muy limpio antes de ponerlo a hervir.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">A continuación, se pica muy fina la cebolla, el ajo y el tomate. En una cazuela se echan 3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva. Cuando el aceite esté caliente se sofríe la cebolla con el ajo. Una vez que esté en su punto el sofrito se añade el tomate. Se agrega el el caldo del marisco ya colado al sofrito. A parte, se desmenuza las gambas, los langostinos y los mejillones y los despojamos de sus cáscaras.  Se agregan a la cacerola y se mezclan bien todos los ingredientes unos 5 minutos aproximadamente.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">En una sartén se fríe el pan cortado en trozos pequeños y se presentan en la fuente con sopa de marisco.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Para finalizar, se echa una pizca de sal y se presenta la sopa de marisco en una sopera.</p>

International Descent of the Sella, August 6, 2011</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">It is the great festival of canoes. The Fiesta has been declared of International Tourist Interest. As is usual every year, is held the first Saturday in August. The race takes place between Arriondas and Ribadesella (Asturias &#8211; Spain), with a distance of 20 Kms.La party starts early hours of the morning when the trains depart to Arriondas Ribadesella Oviedo river from crowded to see the output. At eleven starts in the streets of a parade Arriondas very cheerful and fun Sellero disguised or undisguised, walking or onboard mobile devices they intend to follow the race to Ribadesella. Lots of people head to the bridge over the River Sella, where kayakers waiting impatiently.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Every year, the output starts after reading the verses that compose Dionysius of Huerta.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">12:00 a.m. official release The vessels must be located an hour before the starting position in question, which is done by lottery. The participants and their boats are out of water. The blades of the participants are locked in a metal frame that will close fifteen minutes before the official release and opens in time to change traffic lights from red to green output.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The party continues as the paddlers reach the goal, Ribadesella. Thousands of people enjoy this unique event.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Municipality of excellence in tourism. Cudillero is a coastal municipality that is located on the western coast of Asturias. It  is a people with taste and maritime tradition in its colorful streets  and houses with large porches and balconies overlooking the Cantabrian  Sea staggered.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The fishing village is declared a Historical Site. In 1753 the port was the most important Cudillero of Asturias. The natives of the area are known as &#8220;pixuetos.&#8221;</p>

Admiring its great cliffs 100 meters high, Bay of the Holy Spirit, port and fishing quarter.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">As  for its beaches are the beach expectaculares del Silencio, Playa del  Aguilar, Artedo Shell Beach, San Pedro beach, Playa La Cueva, Ballota  beach &#8230;</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Is crossing route for pilgrims on the Camino de Santiago de la Costa and Camino de Santiago del Norte.</p>
